لقد تطورت المناهج التعليمية اكثر مما عهدناه في زماننا عندما كنا صغاراً، و هذا التطور طبيعي لأنه نتاج خبرة علمية و تربوية طويلة اتسمت بالنجاحات المستمرة في مجال التربية و التعليم. بل ان الامر تطور الى اكثر من ذلك، فقد خلقت مناهج تعليمية جديدة بما يتناسب و العصر الحديث منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر مادة تقنية المعلومات، وقد لفت انتباهي الكتاب المدرسي الخاص بتلك المادة اثناء زيارة لأحد الاقارب و بالتحديد كتاب الصف الخامس الأساسي. و بدأت اتقلب بين جنبات الكتاب يمنة و يسره، إلا انني اصبت بصدمة ثقافية عندما وردت كلمة “كمبيوتر” Computer احدى صفحاته بعدما تعودت على قراءة كلمة “حاسوب” في معظم الصفحات، ومع ان كلمة كمبيوتر و ردت في صفحة و احدة فقط – ص 10 – إلا انها قد تسبب صدمة تدريسية لأبناءنا الطلبة اثناء دراستهم، لذلك فيجب تنبيههم على ان الحاسوب هو نفسه ما يعرف بالكمبيوتر مراعاة لفهمهم المتواضيع، او استبدال كلمة “كمبيوتر” بكلمة “حاسوب” في جميع صفحات الكتاب تضامناً مع لغتنا العربية المسكينة. أكمل قراءة بقية الموضوع »
